We add a specialist child and accessibility focused lens aligned to hotel operations, aiming to minimize disruption and speed up practical improvements. Outcomes are reflected through independent IKFT recognitions based on information available at the time of review.
Where applicable, our reviewers also consider observational signals such as how spaces flow for families, how teams communicate, and how welcome is experienced.

IKFT Performance Intelligence™ is an upcoming subscription program available only to hotels that already hold an IKFT badge.
It combines AI-assisted analysis of family related guest feedback with trend dashboards that highlight what families appreciate most and where they see room for improvement.
Verified hotels may also choose to add a blockchain based Proof of Existence stamp, confirming the authenticity of their IKFT Verified report and adding an extra layer of transparency for partners and OTAs.
Participating properties will receive quarterly Family Experience Insight Reports summarizing patterns, progress, and indicative ROI signals drawn from available data. Results are descriptive, intended to enhance transparency, and based solely on information available at the time of processing.
The IKFT Kids Factsheet™ will provide a clear, one page summary of the key family-related features identified during IKFT reviews. Each Factsheet is designed to give families practical, easy-to-read information about what a hotel offers; from room configuration and play areas to accessibility and dining options.
These summaries are generated directly from verified data collected during IKFT assessments and are intended to help parents make more informed decisions.
Participation is optional and available only to hotels that have already achieved IKFT Recognized™ or IKFT Verified™ status. Factsheets are informative, not promotional, and all content is based on the information available at the time of review.
